AmberStar leaps on the high tree. The sun shines on her flame-orange colored pelt, showing her attractive looks. "Cats of Hawk Clan!" She looks down at the cats. "Let every cat who is old enough to catch his/her prey join me for a clan meeting!"

AmberStar blinks her eyes and opens her mouth to speak. "I have chosen my deputy." She looks around and flicks her tail. "I say these words before the spirit of StarClan, so that they may hear and approve my choice. Ashpelt will be the new deputy of Hawk Clan. Serve the clan well." AmberStar looks at Ashpelt and the others.

ShadowWhisper widens her eyes and looks at Ashpelt. Uh no... She grimaces to herself and slowly shakes her head. I hope he change his nasty attitude when he's deputy.

Briarpaw looks around and flicks her tail. She glances at Shadow and blinks her eyes. What's bad about him? She scoots to her and looks at Ashpelt.

Mistykit picked his way towards the High Tree. He listened as the new leader chose the deputy. "Ashpelt! Ashpelt! Ashpelt!" He yowled.

Silverbrook strode to the tree and nodded as Amberstar named the new deputy. He, too, chanted the feline's name.

Briarpaw sees the medicine cat and trots to him. "Hello, there is a bleeding cat waiting for you inside your den." She looks at him. "By the way, my name is Briarpaw, what's yours?"

Silverbrook smiles warmly when one of the new apprentices trots over. His smile fades, though, when she mentions a bleeding cat. "I'll get on it." He meowed, getting to his paws. The tom's smile then returns. "Nice to meet you, Briarpaw. I'm Silverbrook. Now, I need to get to the cat. We'll talk later." He said with a curt nod, and hurrying to the den.

Briarpaw nods her head and turns her attention back to Ashpelt. She curls her tail around her legs neatly. She licks her left paw and wipes her head.

The handsome tom looked over to see Brairpaw, "nothing," he replied with ease. He had a smirk onhis face and the glow of play in his eyes. He wanted to play and celberate this day.
