HawkClan Entrance

"Right behind you!" Frostfang called to Briarpaw before running off after her.

Briarpaw walks in the camp with fresh kill in her mouth. She drops it off in the fresh kill pile and walks off. She leaps on a flat rock and settles down. She begins to groom herself.

Frostfang follows Briarpaw into camp and lays the rabbit and Robin on the fresh kill pile, wondering when the deputy would arrange the patrols, and if. He wouldn't mind a border patrol but then again they probably never put the new cats on patrols. He stretched out his legs and laid out on a flat patch of grass and dozed.

Briarpaw glances at Frostfang for a brief second before she continues to groom herself. She smiles as she thinks about her hunting experience. After grooming herself, she slowly goes to sleep.

The deputy would growl in anger and disapproval by his apprentice's lateness. His eyes dilated into slits as he padded towards her and yowled-"I warned you Shortpaw! If you were not here at sunrise what was I going to do?"-he said in a loud commanding tone. He did not care at the moment on who or what would tell him what to do. He had kept a mental note in his mind for rememberence.-

What if Ashy turns into another Tigerstar?)

Shortpaw sank down her ears flattening against her head "I-im sorry A-Ashpelt..." she stuttered quietly, her tail curling between her legs. She looked down and did not meet her mentors eye.

He would hiss at her, unsheathing his claws ad bringing it across her ears leaving a nick before he growled and padded to the center of camp.-"ShadowWhisper, Lead a hunting patrol. Take with you Bloodstripe and Ignitingpaw."-he said before glancingat Sortpaw-

Shortpaw let out a soft cry of pain, before ducking her head down and clutching her head and ears with her paws, Blood trickled from her nicked ear.

(Sure. Treat Shorty like a peace of dirt!)

Luckypaw gasped at what Ashpelt did. The black and white she cat got up and tried to comfort her friend. Her green eyes landed onto Ashpelt glaring at him.


(Gee & flame just talked about bad leadership xD)

"Oh, don't whine Munchkin..."-he said with a growl as he walked past her and towards the highledge, he stops and glances behind him at her. His eyes showed nothing. They go to luckypaw and he simply smiles with an evil expression on his face. He would lay beneatht he highledge. Watching the camp to keep it 'safe'-

Shortpaw didnt respond, his insult stabbing her like a thorn. She stayed crouched down, her paws covering her face. Silent tears slipped down her muzzle. It hurt that her own mentor called her a name.

Lucky growled at Ashpelt before shielding her own body from his stares for Shortpaw. "Are you ok !" She asked for ado me te

"My ear.." she lifted off her paw, blood covering its pad. Her ear had a nick on the tip with blood trickling down it.

ShadowWhisper growls when she sees what Ashpelt did. She refuses to follow his orders. Her fur rises and she walks to Ashpelt. "Is that how you treat your apprentice? I knew you didn't grow up! You don't deserve an apprentice!" She pads to Shortpaw. "Let's get Silverbrook to look at that cut." She sharply turns her head to Ashpelt. "Wait until I report this to AmberStar. You will pay for this!" She hisses and looks at Shortpaw's ear.

Briarpaw watches the scene. The sight of Ashpelt makes her growl. She walks to her friend, Shortpaw. "I'm sorry about your ear..." She turns her head to hiss at Ashpelt. If he had done that to me, he would meet my claws and teeth!

Shortpaw nodded at what Shadowwhisper said and got to her short legs. "Its ok, you werent the one that did it" she replied to her friend, Briarpaw. The nick in her ear was reletivly large.

ShadowWhisper leads the apprentice to the medicine cat's den. She flicks her tail with irritation when she looks at Ashpelt one more time.

Briarpaw nods her head. "I know I'm not the one who did it..." She glares at Ashpelt. "He doesn't deserve a good apprentice like you. For what I've seen, he should go train a fox dung like himself." She growls and flicks her tail. "Let's follow ShadowWhisper." I really hope she report this to AmberStar.

-Medicine Cat's Den-

"I'll report myself to her! As far as i'm concerned, she deserved her first scar from the likes of me. Starclan knows she wasn't going to ever fight!!!"-he said with a growl, he spoke next as if he was quoting something, someone even.-"Kindness gets you know where. Ambition is what drives you."-he said with a growl and yowled-"Amberstar!!!"

FlameGlare dashed out of the Warriors den. He thought the clan was being attack. But by the looks of it something didn't go right, "Ashpelt calm down! Kindness gets you places where anger would never get you to. You gain more alliance and trust. But beating up your apprentice won't get you anywhere even with anger." the tom said calmly to his deputy.

"Your weak FlamingGlare! You wouldn't understand where I come from you Mangy flea-bitten fox-heart."-he says lowering himself, fur on end, hissing in rage-"I'd rather be strong them have an alliance with the weak!!!"

Flames eyes grew hard. He took a deep breath before calmly replying, "when we were out on the moor waiting to train the apprentices, I told you why I gave you my 'look'. I feared that this would happen. You understood, didn't you? But I do know one thing for sure. Anger clouds your vision, you mistake kindness for weakness. You judge many things with eyes clouded. I could more likely beat your furball right now since you seem to think my abilitys are poor. I have more experience then you Ashpelt! Don't you dare judge me now.." FlamingGlare snarled his last words as he awaited for Ashpelt's obvious moves.

"Your smarter then I thought FlamingGlare. But, we both know I was only chosen because LurkingFlame was killed. He would be deputy right now if he were still here, not me!!!"-he said, grief and regret in his eyes.-"I should have just said no when she chose me."-he said before he lunged for him, the young tom now seeing what he ws doing and going through with it-"Kill me now Starclan! It should have been me instead of Lurkingflame!!!"-he said lunging a second time-

Bloodstripe watched the commotion from where he sat. His icy blue eyes glanced at Flamingglare, then at Ashpelt. His ears were perked towards their conversation.

Flame snorted, "stop acting like a kit! I'm tired of this, I don't care if you can't handle the pressure but you have to grow up!" Flame only had a few words to say before Ashpelt lunged for him. He took the impact but didn't feel hardly anything with his thick pelt. Glare attempted to do a hard blow on his deputy's head. His hope was to stung Ashpelt for a bit where he can't think or to knock him out for a bit.

Ashy smiled as he had antisipaded his move.-"Not smart!!!"-he said weaving his head to the side and spinning himself under the other toma nd scratching his underbelly with unsheathes claws-

Bloodstripe didnt react to the fight. His cold heart told him to stay and watch the fight. His bet was on Ashpelt, even though the tom was dark and ambitious, Ashpelt was like him. They both were dark hearted and cold, Bloodstripe watched Ashpelt fight in envy. If Bloodstripe was ever made deputy, he would do the exact same thing as Ashpelt was doing.
