The Camp's Entrance

Mosspaw froze as Rushingpaw yelled, "stop yelling!" the ignorant tom growled as he lashed his tail, "what do you mean I can't see? I can't see? Is that in your right mind!" the pale tabby growled. "Here I'll spell it out in cause you don't understand," Mosspaw said slowly, "i can not see" the 13 moon old tom dragged out the words.

"You're the medicine cat what am i supposed to do?" Hollowsoul meowed in confusion. "Wheres your mentor?" he asked.

Rushingpaw had barely even raised his voice, all he did was really hiss. The tom would sit down and stare at mosspaw, he was also wondering where streamsong was but he said nothing.-

"She's out looking for herbs." Mosspaw grumbled as he took deep breaths, "I Wonder... I hope not. HollowSoul when you use your left eye is everything black or blurry? Your blind eye." Mosspaw turned his head to the much larger tom.

Rushy would silently wait for his mentor to say his answer towards the medicine cat apprentice. He stayed where he was, listening for an answer-

"Its a mix of red and white, red where there are gashes in my eye, a pale white everywhere else. I can barley see things but they are there. Its not a complete white, more like a fuzzy over-coat of everything" he explained. His damaged eye was red, and the pupil was white.

His eyes would scan the other apprentice for a bit before he actually spoke once again.-"Listen, we can do nothing to help you. You can either wait for StreamSong here, or in the medicine den."-the younger tom would say softly before glaring at the apprentice, Mosspaw. Obviously he wanted to traion.-

Oceaneyes stopped the game to look over at the apprentice, wearing a somewhat concerned face. "I wonder what it's like.... Not being able to see the beauty of this world we live in..." He silently whispered, more to himself then anyone else.

"Well, anywho. I will start training. Hollowsoul, if you want to join me you can, or help him."-he said in a selfish manner, he was so ambitious about being a warrior that he was losing sight of the right thing to do. It was not a bad ambition but it was causing a bad outcome, a negative outcome on the handsome young tom.-

"Thank you HollowSoul," He dipped his head before sneering at Rushingpaw, "Oh I'm terribly sorry for crashing into you and interrupting your so precious training but you better change to your right mind Rushingpaw. Respect is the first thing to become a warrior, so you better respect your elders and younger peers!" Mosspaw spat at the larger tom, venom in his voice as he walked back to his den.

"Mosspaw wait. I know the herb Streamsong used on my eye. If its not too late we can use it" he said to the apprentice before turning his head to Rushingpaw "Ill be right back, sometimes there are more important things. You have all day to train, when if we dont get this herb juice into Moospaw's eyes quick enough he could loose his sight forever. We have to do the right thing" he meowed.

"theres no point! It runs in my family, my mother went blind... No point. I'll get used to it. My grandfather was blind but gained his vision." Mosspaw meowed back as he waved his tail in dismissal to HollowSouls help, "go back and train Mr. Ambitious." and with that he disappeared in the med den.

"Do not mistake me for my apprentice, i only wish to help you Mosspaw" Hollowsoul said in sympathy before he disappeared.

"Like i need a blind young apprentice to tell me how to act."-he would let out a hiss and his neck fur would bristle up, claws extending as he waited for an answer but then sneered, turning his back to the apprentice and walking to the sandy corner of camp.-

"Like he needs sass from a self-prideful, and ungrateful apprentice that is almost going to be a warrior, and still shows little respect to anyone" Hollowsoul replied with a growl.

Rushingpaw just looked toward the wall as he spun on his one front left paw sliding his back paws forward and up which would hae batted a warriors jaw. He would growl and get into a stance-"Respect must be earned in my Vantage point."

"Respect is given until the cat has proven itself not worthy of your respect" he replied.

"Thats your thought, mine's different. Now, either help me train. Or get out of my way!!!"-he said with a agonizing hiss of rage as he aimed for the wall and struck out with amazing speed-

(What if like Hollowsoul holds back his warrorship and that leads to a huge mentor apprentice battle?)

Moonkit looked around and her eyes wandered to one simple thing, a butterfly she dropped into a crouch and took soft pawsteps, her tail hanging low on the ground, the wind rustling her fur suddenly she lept and grabbed the butterfly with her small claw softly and then let go the butterfly

"You're going to have to learn someday, so now im teaching you. Until you learn how to show respect i am holding back your Warrior ceremony. And thats final!" he snapped, turning around and lashing his tail.

Wildstorm and Tigerstorm both looked at Hollowsoul and Rushingpaw. Tigerstorm cocked his head cautiously.

Swanflight padded over to her kit, waving her long bushy tail in a friendly manner to her mate, Tigerstorm, as she passed.

The tom would freeze in mid attack and his whole body would start shaking, as if all of his pent up anger was about to be released. Rushingpaw knew that he shouldn't try to fight angry but his mentor's words had made him snap.-"Say that again..."-he said as he rushed between he mentors paws where he was in front of him, his muzzle right in front of his mentors. His tail lashing, his eyes showed nothing but rage as his body shook from it.-

"You heard me the first time" Hollowsoul growled, not standing down.

Bluefrost walked out of the warriors den, awoken by the yelling. The small feline wasn't in the greatest mood but she attempted to maintaine a positive adittude. She sat down by Tigerstorm, Swanflight and there kit, watching the scenario before her bight blue eyes. Her brown tipped tail twitched in irritation to Rushingpaws motives.
