Med Cat Den

(I noticed there were no topics. So I made myself one)
Foldedleaf laid all of his herbs out in different piles again, along with the honey. He figured that he could use it to make some of the herbs taste better. As they weren't exactly pleasant most of the time. He searched the den for a place to store them. He found a nice dry place. There were some vines hanging over a hole, when he looked inside he found multiple rocks. There was a small pool in the middle. This was it. This was where he would bring his patients to treat them. It was wonderful. He laid each different herb on a separate rock and slipped out of the hole before laying in his nest, there was nothing left to do now but wait for something to happen.

Foldedleaf shot back into the hole when he heard Lostpaw before grabbing everything he thought would be needed and rushed out into the clearing.

Boneclaw growled slightly in his forever sleep. If he wasn't breathing and his heart wasn't beating, he would have been assumed dead. The growl was the first sound he had made in days. But he was going to do a ton more. His wound had all healed, but his body had eaten all his fat and some muscles to keep him alive. But he slowly opened his eyes. Everything was blurry. Where was he? Where was Silentpaw? How long had he been napping? Why did his body hurt and ache so much? He turned his head to look at his pelt, but everything was healed. He groaned with the effort of looking around. His leg had healed funny, and scars laced his skin. Luckily, his long fur covered up most of them. He struggled to his feet, but it took him a few minutes just to do that, all along the while he groaned loudly. His vision was still blurry, and his ears were ringing. He felt dizzy, thirsty, and hungry. He looked like a skeleton, nothing much left of the strong capable warrior of before. Suddenly, the smell of herbs hit his nose and his mind seemed to turn again. He was in the medicine cats den, alone. Where was everyone else? Didn't he fall asleep in the clearing? What was going on? Boneclaw took a few steps, then a few more, then finally poked his head outside the den. He coughed once, then entered the clearing, eyes clearing and hearing returning.

LostPaw laid in her nest, her broken leg sprawled out next to her. She blinked her eyes open as she heard a cough. 'BoneClaw woke up?' She thought. The apprentice was about to call out to him but he already left the den. Sighing, LostPaw laid her head on her paws. She did not want to be in here. And she knew her leg was going to take a while to heal. LostPaw wanted to be out hunting. Fighting. Even patrolling. But now, she's forced to lay helplessly as her leg heals.

Foldedleaf walked into his den, stretching. He trotted over to his nest and curled up in a ball.

LostPaw watched FoldedLeaf as he entered the den. She lifted her head and meowed, "How long will my leg take to heal?" She asked anxiously.

"It depends on how bad the brake is and if you take care of it.. just try to stay moderately active and we'll see how it goes." he yawned.

LostPaw sighed and laid her head on her paws. 'Stupid cougar. Why did it even have to come?' She thought, frowning.

Ravenstar walked into the medicine cat den, "How are you lostpaw? You were great and very brave yesterday, im very proud." The black feline meowed as she sat down next to the tuxedo cat.

"She was as brave as any warrior, without her we may have never arrived with the extra warriors.." Foldedleaf didn't even want to think about what could've happened if Lostpaw hadn't came back to camp.

LostPaw lifted her head and grinned slightly as RavenStar walked in. "Thank you both... I'd do anything to protect you and your kits. Even risking my life." She meowed, flicking her tail.
