The Abandoned Hospital

Jack looked around a little bit before relaxing. He noticed Masky's confusion. "Hey, Masks, did I passs out sssomehow? .... What am I doing here? I thought I was messsing with P.H., and now I'm here...!" He exclaimed. Masky tilted his head. "Jack? Are you okay? You were really still and quiet for a while and now... You're like this..." Masky meowed, brown eyes full of worry. "I dunno. But.... um.... Now that I'm here, I guesss I should tell Hoody about sssomething I found at the city. He'd be impresssed!" Jack meowed, looking around the room. "Oh god, Jack.... What just happened?" The proxy meowed, flicking his tail. "Observer! Something's up!" He yowled as Jack tilted his head.

Sorrow entered "Hey Jack" she waved before seeing Toby's condition and the absence of Dread. "Oh my god what happened? Wheres Dread!?" Sorrow exclaimed and ran over to the two.

he sighed his ears drooping when he saw Sorrow "Mr.H is HABIT a-and h-he took her...hes going to kill her,i think he took her to his house..." he looked like he was about to cry "im sorry, but we are going to get her back"

"What!?" she gasped, her eyes widening "Im coming too" Toby said in persistence. He bent down and picked up his hatchets.

he nodded "ill head to my treehouse and get my knife,we are going to save her Sorrow,no matter what"

"Im with you on that" she nodded and turned her head to face Jack "You coming?" she asked her fellow demon.

He nodded dispearing out a window before returning 3 minutes later,holding a very sharp a good sized knife,a green hilt with green strips speading out across the blade,that glowed

Long metal blades slid from Sorrow's sheaths, and Toby held up his two hatchets and let the blades rest on top of his shoulders. "Im going ahead" said Toby, his chest still bleeding. But he didnt even notice the large gaping wound in his chest.

"but your bleeding Tobes get some bandages on that wound,i know you don't feel it,but your nerves will still react to it!"

Toby chuckled "Nerves? What nerves? The disease i have ate all the nerves away thats why i cant feel any pain" he scoffed. "If you insist though" he said and ran to his room really quick.

he smirked abit,putting the knife in a black collar he put on "well then,we got 3 and maybe Jack...also whats wrong with him he seems off"

When Toby came back there were bandages wrapped over the would tightly. "Lets go" he said and picked up his hatchets again. He adjusted his goggles and turned his head towards the entrance.

he nodded and followed,his tail dragging across the ground as he walked

Sorrow glanced at Jack once more, but followed Toby and Baxter out of the Abandoned Hospital and towards HABIT's house.

Jack smiled in delight upon seeing a 'new' proxy, and he was about to ask her how she knew his name, before seeing her reaction. "Who'sss Dread?" He asked Masky, who looked worried. "You don't remember ANYTHING from the past few months?" He yowled, scrambling to his paws. "Um... Monthsss? What do you mean?" He asked, sounding more amused than worried. "Who'sss the newbie?" He grunted, causing Masky to freak out.

Stalker entered "What happened?" she asked. "Huh? Sorrow? What do you mean 'newbie'?" she asked and tilted her head. "Dude, Sorrow, you know, former Proxy of Slendercat? Newest demon of Zalgo? You practically watched her fucking grow up?" Stalker huffed.

Jack's ears perked upon seeing Stalker. "Hey! Ssstalker! Long time no sssee! And... I don't recall any of that. Weird. Are you pulling my leg?" He spurred, smiling warmly.

"You know im not one to 'pull your leg' Jack. You seriously dont remember her? The one who was tortured to death by HABIT and resurrected by Zalgo?" she asked. Her eyes were now filled with confusion. "What the hell?" she looked at Masky. "And as for Hoody, he died a couple months ago you should know that!" she exclaimed.

Jack just looked confused until the mention of Hoody's death. "Wh - what? He died? No way! You're lying!" He sputtered, scrambling to his paws, but he finally was convinced by Masky's upset and hurt eyes.

"Yeah he fell from a window when Tim was chasing him" Stalker said "This is old news Jack, are you alright?" she asked in concern.

Jack looked at Stalker with disbelief. "What do you mean 'old newsss'?" He meowed. Masky shook his head. "Hoody died at least a month ago." He sighed. Jack looked at his paws in confusion. "But... how...?" He muttered, ears flattened.

Toby burst through the door, carrying Dread by the scruff. Purple blood stained the bandages around Dread's chest heavily. She coughed and whimpered "It hurts... it hurts..." over and over again. "I need more bandages!" Toby yelled and set her down carefully. He laid her on her back and put a paw on her chest. His eyes widened, no heartbeat. "Im not feeling her heartbeat!" Toby called. How was this possible? The kit was still breathing but her heart wasnt beating! "Shhh just hold still ok? Just hold still" he said softly and pressed the rest of the bandages around his own chest wound against hers. She let out a soft cry of pain when he pressed against it to stop the bleeding.

Jack's blind gaze traveled to the two cats, and he got to his paws. "You're taking in wounded kitsss? What happened to you all? Did you go sssoft?" He uncertainty meowed. "Hmm... She doesssn't have a heart beat. Huh." He meowed, before sitting down. "Y'know, why are you helping her if she doesssn't have a heart beat?" He grunted, Masky and Observer agreeing.
