Le Entrance

(Boneh just came out of his coma!)
Boneclaw walked slowly out of the medicine cats den. He was weak and frail, and his eyes were dull, but he was alive. He looked around at all of the cats, most unfamiliar. He didn't recognize the cats that had grown in the time he had been asleep, and his mind didn't seem to work well for anyone else. He wanted to call out to someone, but his tongue wouldn't work. He simply stood there, confused and dazed.

(a looooong time past dude XD Silentpaw is now Silentsong okie? Ravenstar had Sootblaze's kits earlier :33)

(Ik, but I'm just rping Boneh confused. He went into a coma soon after the cougar attack. He's been out for moons.)

Foldedleaf looked away from Ravenstar and stared at the cat that came out of his den. He rushed over to him. How had he never noticed him in there? Maybe it was because he was so quiet that he had just overlooked him. He had no idea who this tom was. "Are you okay?" he asked the tom.

Boneclaw blinked at the tom, confused. He smelled like herbs, but Vultureclan didn't have a medicine cat. Shywhisper had helped them that day. "Who... Are...you? Where... Is... Silent--paw?" He croaked in a voice that sounded dry, like that of a dying cat. His body began shaking, and he struggled to stay on his feet. His eyes looked hollow, his fur and scars draped loosely on his boney frame.

"I'm Foldedleaf, I'm the clan's new medicine cat." he looked confused for a moment "Silentpaw? Oh you mean Silentsong. Hes a warrior now. I think he just went out hunting." Foldedleaf ran to the freshkill pile and grabbed a vole before carrying it back to the tom. He sat it at the tom's paws "Eat.." he instructed.

Boneclaw looked shocked. "Bit -we don't have - a medicine cat. I was... just made Silentpaws ... mentor. How can he... be a.... warrior? He coughed. He laid down with a thump, and bit into the vole. Instantly his hunger hit him, and he felt like he hadn't eaten in moons. (:3) The vole was gone in seconds, but he was still starving. But with hunger came thirst. "Water..." He croaked, looking at Foldedleaf hopefully.

Foldedleaf dipped his head and ran into his den, grabbing a ball of moss and hurrying down to where he stored his herbs. He let the moss soak up some of the water in the pool before hurrying back out. He handed the ball of soaking wet moss to Boneclaw. "I'm afraid you've been out for moons my friend.."

Boneclaw drank the water from the moss, but almost choked. "M-moons?!" He exclaimed. He stared Foldedleaf in shock. His thirst brought him back to the moss, but he continued to look at Foldedleaf. "No wonder- I'm so- Pathetic." He growled at himself.

Just then a huge, broad shouldered, calico tom walked through the entrance. The tom was massive now. He had large sturdy paws and a chiseled chin. He stops still and stared at Boneclaw. He rushed over a wide smile on his muzzle and his eyes wide.

"You've just went into hibernation like state and used your extra fat and resources to keep you from starving to death while you slept. You'll be back in no time. Thank Starclan you didn't wake up leafbare."

Boneclaw nodded, grateful for the information. He drank all the water, but was still a little thirsty and very hungry. But right now he needed information, and he wanted to see Silentpaw- Song, he corrected himself. "When can I see... Silentsong? And where is Fallenwing?" He asked, his voice sounding better now that he wasn't so parched. He noticed the tom rush up to him, but didn't recognize him.

Foldedleaf rested his tail on Silentsong's shoulderas he rushed over, "Silentsong's right here.." he said but became confused when he asked about Fallenwing. He'd never heard that name.

The mute warrior raised his tail and waved it in a warm greeting to his first mentor.

Boneclaw looked at Silentsong with shock, then it quickly became pride. "Wow. You look really - good! I'm sorry I could be - there to train you." He said, sadness in his eyes. Boneclaw being a large cat as well almost was able to look him right in the eye. "But still, I'm proud of you!" He purred.

RavenStar got up to greet BoneClaw, "welcome back sleepy head. SilentSong fetch BoneClaw more food he needs to eat to makeup for all this time." The she cat said before walking away, "excuse me but I need to do some stuff," she meowed from behind as she picked up two kits in her jaws. Her head tilted down as if to say to her mate pick him up. Then she walked to the nursery.

Boneclaw smiled at Ravenstar. "Good to - see you!" He purred. Yawning, he looked around at all of the cats. "Has anyone - seen Fallenwing?" He asked again, still looking for her.

Sootblaze gratefully picked up his kit and carried it along side Ravenstar and entered the nursery.

Silentsong ran over to the fresh-kill pile and grabbed three pieces of fresh-kill before laying them in front of his paws. He dipped his head to Boneclaw, a wide small on his face.

Cinder Fire drops the fish at the fresh kill pile. She slowly walks to the boulder and then leaps on it. She relaxes in the sun.

He sat down next to his mentor and groomed the white cats dirty, gritty pelt.

Boneclaw nuzzled Silentsong for a moment before starting to eat the prey. He smiled happily, despite feeling so out of the loop. He quickly finished two, and started savoring the last one. He purred happily, glad that both he and Silentsong were ok.

when he was finished grooming his mentors pelt, he turned to his own fur and began to groom the long, bushy calico pelt.

Boneclaw finished off the last of the prey, but felt bad. "I'd better get some hunting in soon. I don't want to drain the prey without doing anything for the clan." He said, sounding much better. He looked gently at Silentsong, admiring the tom.

He gestured to the pile that he and Cinderfire had just got back from hunting, there were currently 16 fish and a frog on the pile now. He nodded in understanding though.

Boneclaw looked over, noticing it seemed pretty full. "It may be full now, but what happens if I take awhile to get my strength back?" He asked, not really expecting any kind of answer. He shifted uncomfortably, feeling useless.
