HawkClan Entrance

"Hey Lurkingflame," ShadowWhisper responds happily. She touches his nose before licking under his chin. She smiles and curls her tail. Shadow quickly turns her head and sees a short kit. She blinks her eyes. Aww! She is so cute! Shadow walks to the side of Lurkingflame and sits by him. "I think she's new," she says to her mate.

The small short-legged kit licked her chest in embaressment when she saw ShadowWhisper looking at her.

Lurkingflame glanced in the direction of the kit and nodded "They found her drowning in the shallow river. She couldnt cross safely because of her little legs" he murmered into his mates ear. He sympathized the kit and wished they could go over and make her feel less uncomfortable.

ShadowWhisper slowly blinks her eyes when she sees the kit lick her chest fur in embarrassment. She turns her head to her mate. "Aww..." She mews. "Well, let's go to her. She might feel better being welcomed," Shadow ends with a purr. She waits for her mate to respond.

Just at the same moment that shadowhisper turned to wait for her mate, the annoyance of the clan had made his presence felt as he entered the camp, the cocky, arrogant, and smug warrior Ashpelt entered the camp, the entrance swishing with the prey he held in his jaws. He made a noise, kinda like a snort as he laid the prey down and gave himself a full body shake, his magnificent short fur gleaming on him as his eyes land on the short kit and he burst out laughing and falls on his side-"Who invited the mouse!!!"-he meows as he laughs like he just saw the funniest thing in his life-

ShadowWhisper turns her head sharply at the arrogant tom. She growls. "What do you think you're doing?" Shadow's eyes narrow and she flicks her tail.

"Let's see."-he tilts one ear down and looks up in a mock way of pretending to think-"Feeding the clan, making fun of the younger felines, and of course. Mocking an elder warrior."-he growls with ferocity of playfulness.-"Seems your mate has a handful.-

The last time i had a character like this the other roleplayers on the other site made me get rid of him)

Lurkingflame let out a low growl narrowing his eyes at the rude tom. His ears flattened "Oh you shut up! It isnt her fault she was born short mouse-brain! So you can shut your trap and be useful instead of mocking kits!" he snapped his sulfur yellow eyes hardening in anger. His long black tail lashed in annoyance back and forth.

Shortkit let out a quiet gasp as she hunched down her eyes flashing in embarressment and sorrow. Her ears drooped as she made a small sound of complete and utter sadness. She got up and hobbled quickly behind the apprentices den. She buried her muzzle in her small paws her ears flattening against her head. She began to sob quietly her pale hazel green eyes filled with loneliness.

ShadowWhisper glares fiercely at the tom. Okay... so you want to be like this I see, bring it on. "Nice attitude, arrogant tom," she says in sarcasm. She raises her hackles and snarls. "What kind of warrior are you? Who mocks a kit? Oh wait... other kits! Before you go around talking about other cats' flaws, you should go around talking about your kittenish attitude. Meaning, you act just like a kit!" Shadow hisses. Her tails flicks and her eyes narrows. She growls when he said, 'Seems your mate has a handful'. "You're a handful yourself. Just standing here and talking to you is a nightmare. A she-cat would probably reject you when she even sees you! No she-cat would want to deal with you and your nasty attitude- unless she acts just like you! So while you talk about other cats relationships, you should check your issues, you idiot!" Shadow snarls. It was obvious that she's upset.

Lurkingflame scoffed in annoyance at the foul-hearted warrior "Apologize to Shortkit or i'll report you to Pinestar!" he snapped flicking his long thin tail to where the small, short-legged cream and white kit disappeared to.

ShadowWhisper flicks her tail. She blinks her eyes in a way to tell the tom that she isn't the she-cat to mess with. She sheaths and unsheathes her claws. Shadow glances at her mate and looks over at the short kit.

"Well, what are you waiting for fox-heart? Go apologize now!" he growled narrowing his hard sulfur-yellow gaze.

"Report me to Pinestar?"-he then let out a morrow of laughter.-"What's he gonna do, make me clan up his dirt?"-he just closes his eyes and laughs. This young warrior had the best potential to become a grand warrior, he still does if his attitude wasn't int he way. But, something had shut him up. Shadow's words seemed to sting him like a bee. He wouldn't dare even hesitate if there was no kit right there behind that den to attack.-"Please. Mateship is not for me. Wouldn't surprise me if my own kits hated my attitude."-he scoffed and simply turns his back, he was about to walk away, without apologeizing. He could probably take on shadow and lurking if he tried his best-

"I'm sure it isn't. You don't have to tell me. I wouldn't be surprised myself if your own kits hates you and your attitude," ShadowWhisper hisses. She has a very sharp tongue and she will not hold it for long. "Fine, go walk away. That shows how respectful and smart you are," she huffs in sarcasm. What a fool... Her hackles remains up and her claws are unsheathed. Whatever that tom was about to do, she was ready for it.

Lurkingflame let out a low growl of annoyance "Pinestar should be your worst nightmare! Hope you like cold lonesome nights with no prey in your stomach! Because keep acting like this and you'll wind up exiled!" he called threateningly at the tom before getting up and springing towards Pinestar's den.

Ashpelt flicked his ear as he heard lurkingflame head toward pinestar's den. He growls-"Just great..."-he sighs and hates what he's about to do and he growls under his breath and walks right past the she-cat andbehind the den looking at the smaller kit-"Hello."-he said in amoderate voice and lays down on his side-

Mistykit, bored of laying about, got to his paws and stumbled towards the scent of fresh kill. Pawing around, the blind kit felt a small shape, and picked it up, before turning around and making his way towards the entrance, but not before tripping over a twig and face planting on the ground. "Such a dope!" Misty complained to himself, before picking up and mouse and biting into it, his blind eyes staring at nothing.

ShadowWhisper huffs as she turns around. She quietly walks around the territory. She looks for any signs of danger before walking back to the spot where she groomed herself. Shadow lays down and continues her grooming.

The small kit didn't respond when the tom spoke to her. She continued to hide her face in her paws as she sobbed quietly. Im so stupid! No one likes me here! I should've drowned in the lake.. she thought in despair.

The tom seemed to crack under a weight that was unseen but felt by himself. He watched as the kitten sobbed. He growled and mae his voice tighten-"Warrior!!! Get up."-he growls in a playful commanding voice. Not only was the cat stupid, but, he was also a kitten himself.-

Mistykit soon finished his mouse, and lifted his head. His ears perked, trying to hear what was going on around him. The tom kit heard silent sobbing, and he cocked his head to the side. He was about to walk over to her, but he heard another voice in the same direction as she. Standing with his head tilted, the black kit wondered what he would do. He couldn't run. He would trip and fall for sure. He couldn't play with a ball of moss. He could never locate it when he batted it away. He couldn't play fight. He reacted to slowly. Sighing, Mistykit laid back down, his ears flattened. The black pelted tom flexed his claws angrily, wondering why he had to be blind.

The small, short-legged kit jumped in alarm at Ashpelt's loud voice. She slowly turned around her surprisingly beautiful pale hazel green eyes clouded with realization and sorrow. I will never be good enough to be a warrior.. she thought to herself before speaking in a very hushed voice "What do you want...?" she never spoke to anyone, and was very self conscious about her legs. She didnt know that she was a purebred Munchkin, and that the legs were very normal for her breed.

When she turned he automatically knew what breed she was. He was very smart even if he was a mouse-brain at times.-"Beautiful eyes..."-he comments with a soft smile. His own were quite exhilarating, his deep amber gaze of ambery goodness. He smiled softly-"Your a munchkin."-he comments lighty as he looks at her-"Short legs are your distinctive feauture."

"Thank you" she said in the same soft voice, her voice had a smooth, calming quality to it. When he said something about what breed she was she tilted her head. A what..? Is that a made-up word..? when he explained that it was normal to have short legs in her breed she glanced down at her small, wide-spread paws. thats why my mother, Cream, looked just like me! And Coco and Lizzy! she thought in amazement. She remembered her kitty-pet name from when she was adopted to a new home. Ginger.. she thought of dull annoyance of the two legs who would always try and teach her tricks and how to not be afraid of people. They were training her to be a show-cat. But she was too shy and docile, in the end her two legs tossed her deep into the woods and left. She remembered being chased, attacked, and being scared. She hobbled over to Ashpelt and looked up the memories still flashing past her eyes. She buried her muzzle in his chest quietly as if hugging him.

Ash looked back at her as she was thinking. He nodded to show that he was saying in his nod ~your welcome~ He froze when she buried her face in his chest fur. He sighed as he had disliked the feeling that he had for the kitten. Not love, but just a feeling of fatherism.(Made up word) He shakes his fur and smiles-"Well. I must be off."-he says softly-

Shortkit gave a rare smile of appreciation her beautiful gaze twinkling. "Thank you, I forgive you for what you said" she said in her normal, quiet tone.
